What do you love about KiwiQA?

Open and friendly work environment as well as my team, which is always to help with easiness of the work and also all the fun which we have while working.

What 2-3 things will you focus on in the next quarter to help you grow and develop?

In the next quarter I would like to be more focused on increasing my participation in the team activity and also in planning and execution of employee engagement activity for not just the employee working from office and also for WFH employees.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the expansion of my knowledge which I have been able to do with my association with kiwiQA as it has introduced me to the different software uses in the HR field and also the automation side of the HR tools.

What do you love of qualities in KiwiQAites?

The qualities which we look forward to in all the KIwiQAites is more openness to new ideas and methods of work and acceptance to the changes.

Do you have a special passion or hobby that keeps you busy outside of KiwiQA?

I have a few things keeping me busy and also motivates me to plan my work schedule, which is Tracking and also I am a reader so reading books and collecting it is something which is keeping me busy outside the interesting world of KiwiQA.

How have you grown during your time at KiwiQA?

I have grown in many areas while being associated with KiwiQA. One of the most prominent one of it is Employee Engagement activity. KiwiQA have helped me in being a more inclusive and more outgoing person.
